Arrived on site to address customer concerns with original plumbing inspection built customer estimate to take care of work needed. Customer requested me to return December 4 after out of contract for homebuying process with field supervisor to bundle prices for work. Repalce water heater in attic: -remove and dispose of existing tankless water heater -install professional grade electric tank water heater -reconfigure water lines -replace water shutoff and supply lines -install flood protection device -install emergency pan -6 year warranty on parts and labor for water heater Remove sharkbite fitting in attic Replace sharkbite whole home shut off (not rated for below grade ) with a stainless steel ball valve in order to properly turn water off to the home. Perform camera inspection to locate cleanouts, if no cleanouts are found then a seperate estimate will be given to install them 5 year warranty on parts and labor. **not responsible for existing plumbing.**
