Customer had a GFCI in the garage, feeding the front door plug and the back door plug. Explain to customer with all of his Christmas decorations and extension cords. The GFCI will trip every single time that the cords get wet. Explain we are not responsible for the GFI trip and considering it was customer supplied. The GFI was tripping originally due to it being a dual function plug and neutral was touching ground. Explain if we had to come back out we will automatically go straight to the standard troubleshoot. No warranties on anything.
