I arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that one of his dual-function breakers was not working properly. Upon inspection, I noticed that he had three dual-function breakers that had already been replaced with the newer TL-rated versions. The remaining breakers did not have the TL symbol, indicating they were first-generation units that are currently under recall. I provided a solution to replace all breakers without the TL symbol, including the washer, kitchen GFCI, jacuzzi, vent hood, microwave, and countertop GFCI circuits. All replacements include a five-year warranty. I also replaced the GFCI in the garage near the tankless water heater, tested it in front of the customer, and confirmed it is working properly. The customer understands that all work, labor, and materials are covered under a five-year warranty. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
