Customer has a house built in 2021 and was having issues with GFCI breaker Square D tripping anytime. She uses her air fryer or fridge and slowly got worse over time and would just randomly trip. Showed up and customer showed me around and the nook area, refrigerator, And two countertop outlets were all on the same circuit and the circuit was double GFCI protected. Explain to customer that I should have never been wired up that way, but customer couldn’t perform troubleshoot today due to work and her not being able to have any time to go over anything because she is always on the phone and power cannot be killed controlling her computers. Customer said she wants to figure out with her husband a good time like a Saturday for her to book the appointment and that she will call back in when she decides with her husband. Explain to customer we will have the most likely separate the circuits.
