Arrived on the job site. Customer requested that we return to rewrap a total of 18 outlets throughout the home. He also noted that two outlets were clogged with paint in the prong openings; we will be replacing those with white, tamper-resistant duplex outlets. As part of the agreed-upon solutions, we also capped off the floor outlet, traced the circuit back to its source, capped it off there, and removed the floor outlet entirely so the customer can install carpet. That portion of the work has already been completed. Hector will be returning later today to complete the outlet rewrapping and replace the two paint-clogged outlets. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit. Once all work is completed, the customer will receive a five-year warranty on all rewrapped outlets (coverage applies to the connections, not the devices themselves), a five-year warranty on the two replaced outlets, and a five-year warranty on the floor-outlet disconnection.
