Arrived on the job site, and the customer requested a quote to replace the electrical panel located in the garage. The existing panel is a Savania panel, which is considered hazardous and has been recalled due to safety concerns. I explained to the customer why the panel is on recall and the importance of replacing it. Performed a full electrical safety evaluation of the home, checking smoke detectors, grounding devices, surge protection, and the meter base. Noted several code violations and potential hazards during the inspection. We’re scheduled to return on Friday the 31st, between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, along with my supervisor. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
