Arrived on the job site. The customer stated that his outdoor outlets, including the restroom outlets, were not working. Upon inspection, I found a tripped GFCI that controls both the outdoor and restroom outlets. I reset the GFCI but noticed the breaker was difficult to reset and was an older-style BR GFCI breaker. I explained to the customer that the trip likely occurred for a reason and recommended replacing all outdoor outlets with new ones equipped with bubble covers and sealed with silicone to prevent water or moisture from entering and causing future trips. I also advised replacing the restroom outlets due to their age and condition. Additionally, we will be replacing two GFCI breakers — one 15-amp breaker controlling the outdoor and restroom outlets, and one 20-amp breaker controlling the pool light, as indicated on the panel cover.
