Technician came and cleaned the furnace. I explained to him that the upstairs zone last year and currently was not receiving heat. I also told him that the technician from last year told me the water pressure in the upstairs zone was low. This technician checked all Tako valves , and all the pipes were warm/hot when he left. He failed to check the Expansion tank. the next day there was no heat in the upstairs zone. I was busy and it took me about a week to call back so I placed a complaint and modern Comfort sent out a service call tech. The first thing he checked was expansion tank, which had water in it. so that must be the problem all along. Why did I have to pay for an extra service call?
