I had specifically told your company that I have a heat pump and will call when I need the next delivery. Trevis filled my tank in late spring after I went back to the heat pump. Then a week ago you decided to fill my tank up again and it was already full, but you still forced 14+ gallons in. I was also amazed that the truck said Husky on it. It was several years ago that Husky did the same thing, they filled my tank too full and actually bulged it and created a small crack in tank. I had to hire someone else to pump my tank and replace with a new tank at my expense. Thank goodness the tank didn’t rupture and require my basement to be dug up and our house to be quarantined. So, even though you bought husky it appears that you have acquired some husky’s poor customer service. I do not want to deal with these problems/issues ever again and that’s why I called your office and immediately canceled my service/account.
