Arrived onsite for heating maintenance on gas fired boiler installed in 2024 and perform dryer vent cleaning. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Customer observed basement thermostat went blank while we were there. She will attempt to change batteries but we may need to replace the thermostat. System working as it should. Performed dryer vent cleaning.
