Client is has a 6000 sq ft home for special living. Exisiting is (4) 3 ton heat pumps. (1) system he would like a full replacement. Allan’s handlers are located in attic. In order to replace the required unit we will need to disconnect an existing unit to reinstall new in attic. Client is wanting more energy efficient units and duct work all in home to be replaced. While navigating thru home noticed the insulation to be poor as well. Will be giving options to replace 1 system and replace (4) 3 ton duct systems. Adding returns in all bedrooms and will also give estimate on new insulation blow in.
