Customer needed a plug at above TV because dog kept chewing up cords. Cut a hole above the TV to run wire from plug below and explain to customers before I cut hole that there could be fire blocking in wall. Wayne was trying to fish up the wall realized that there was fire blocking in the wall and could not fish down the wall. Recommended that we run a wire from the attic, but customer did not want me crawling around in his attic. Customers are going to get a surge trip and use that instead. there is nothing under warranty and we didn’t know work other than cut a hole and put a blank cover on hole.
