James Allen- upon arrival a restoration service was onsite due to a substantial water leak. A cracked toilet was found in the first floor that was the culprit of the leak. Performed a safety inspection and found additonal items needing customers attention. Contacted supervisor to assist with pricing. Daniel sever- Remove and dispose of existing toilet in downstairs bathroom. Furnish and install Kohler brand toilet. Replace wax seal, closet bolts, emergency shutoff and water supply line. If flange needs to be repaired then additional cost will be incurred. Replace shower valve in upstairs bathroom. Cut tile as needed, customer will need tile repair once work is completed(not responsible for tile repair). 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Water heater replacement: remove and dispose of existing water heater. Install professional grade electric tank water heater. Replace emergency shutoff and after supply lines.
