Customer had a two-story house and a switch upstairs controlling a living room only and wanted to be able to control it from the downstairs switch. Explain to customer that we would have to tear up a lot of sheet rock considering it’s a 20 foot ceiling. Suggested that customers buy pico switches, and use the remote with a Cassata switch. Left options.
