Customer had issues with power not working cproperly and cutting in and out and some things cut on and off. Customer had a fairly new ge panel with no heat damage. Checked voltage and when I first check the main power coming in, I had 0v hot to neutral. Then 120v on the other leg. Pulled meter after getting permission from oncore to cut seal and checked there wires coming in and found that one leg had 50v hot to neutral and 120v on other side. Called oncore and they are coming out and going to fix there issue. Explained after power is fixed if there’s any other issues to give us a call back.
