Provided solutions for the installation, which included a back-to-back circuit extension. The customer agreed to move forward with the quoted price. Completed the installation and informed the customer that the outlet and workmanship are covered under a five-year warranty. Also performed a safety evaluation throughout the home and noticed the existing builder-grade surge protection only protects up to 10,000 amps, which is now outdated. Offered a solution to upgrade to our whole-home surge protection ultra system, but the customer declined the quote. The customer was 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
