Attempted to restore flow to toilet in hall bathroom with closet auger. This was not successful. Recommended pulling toilet to gain better access to drain. Also the toilet leaks water from base when it is flushed due to a failed wax seal. No further work was authorized at this time. Sent payment link for $99.
