Pulled and reset toilet. Replaced wax seal, closet bolts and water supply line. Flange is in very poor condition and needs to be replaced. Customer is aware that the toilet is not set properly due to the condition of the flange. Attempted to restore flow to drain. The water level dropped in the sewer pipe and then filled back up again. Performed camera inspection and found that pipe is compromised and needs to be replaced.
