Arrived on the job site, and the customer stated that all breakers on the A phase were repeatedly tripping. Upon inspection, the breakers were indicating an overvoltage condition, which could be caused by incoming utility overvoltage, a power surge, or a possible issue with the main breaker. To determine the exact cause, a minor troubleshooting service was recommended. The customer stated that he would like some time to consider the troubleshooting option and mentioned that he has an electrician friend who will check the voltage. The customer requested time to think it over, and we will follow up at a later time to proceed once he is ready and fully satisfied with today’s visit.
