Hydrojet kitchen branch line Up on arrival homeowner showed technician where kitchen line was backing up into backyard clean out also explain to technician sometimes when water is being run in kitchen sink water will come out laundry drain Homeowner gave authorization to technician to run auger machine to the backyard kitchen clean out in the wall Technician ran the auger machine multiple times would not clear Technician kept pulling back out grease Supervisor came out camera the main line back into the kitchen bridge line we were able to find the branch line covered in grease We explained to homeowner a Hydro Jetter will be needed in order to restore flow and get rid of the grease Homeowner approved Hydro Jetter for later this afternoon
