We will also be upgrading the electrical grounding system, including the ground rod and cold water bond, and installing a whole-home surge protector on the main panel. A city permit will be pulled to ensure all work passes inspection. The customer is enrolled in the VIP plan and will receive a 10% discount on electrical and plumbing services. We are scheduled to return on Tuesday, November 4th, to complete the work. The customer understands that all work and labor are covered by a five-year warranty, and the panel, meter base, and whole-home surge protector come with a lifetime warranty.
