Arrived on job site. The customer stated that the switch controlling the sconce lights was not working properly due to it being a smart switch. Provided a solution to replace the customer-supplied smart switch that he already had on hand. Also noticed that the customer has three dual-function breakers that are currently on recall and advised that they should be replaced to prevent potential issues in the future. Offered to perform a home safety evaluation, which the customer declined. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
