Job Checkin

Customer had a Tesla car that was plugged into 120 V 20 amp garage circuit. Explain to customer it is not good to charge a entire Tesla car with 120 V plug and that it needs to be a dedicated circuit and at least 50 A to get the full performance and for it to be correct. Customer just wanted me to replace the one plug and explain to customer that it will keep overheating and causing issues from tripping GFCI and breakers. Explain to customer we are not going to warranty the plug due to knowing that they are using it to charge car and customer understands. Decline pricing for dedicated circuits and hardwired chargers for today. If we have to come back out for same issue we are automatically going to run a dedicated circuit and give price and options. Everything is working at this time.
