Arrived on site and spoke with the customer, who stated that the front porch outlet was coming loose from the wall along with the interior junction box. Installed a new white duplex outlet and a new bubble cover to correct the issue. Secured the junction box firmly in the wall and verified that everything is working properly. The customer is completely satisfied with today’s service and understands that the outlet, connections, and bubble cover are covered by a 5-year warranty. Also discussed whole-home surge protection—customer declined at this time but mentioned he may call back if he decides to move forward in the future.
