Install new 50 gallon water heater with new flex lines, ball valve, exhaust flue, gas flex line and drain pan. Also trap a high loop into the dishwasher discharge line. Installed 50 gallon, gas water heater and customers garage with a new hot and cold for Port bar valves, new gas, flex, line and gas shut off valve new pan, pan, drain and TNP line. Five year warranty on parts and labor paid with card.
