We have been very disappointed with our experience with Tevis Energy. We originally signed up for will call with tank monitoring, but one day a guy showed up to remove our tank monitor because we could only get that with automatic delivery. We needed propane so I ordered a delivery using the website. We went out of town and expected to get a delivery while we were away but it didn't happen. I called Tevis and discovered our account is cash basis and we had to buy a specific number of gallons and charge our credit card before the delivery. I ordered 250 gallons hoping that would fill the tank but when the propane was delivered the driver only gave us 204 gallons which only filled up my tank to 71% not the 80% we wanted. We have been dealing with one issue after another since we signed up with Tevis in January, and will likely find another supplier this fall for a pre-winter fill up.
