I was unhappy enough with the service that I cancelled for part of this year. Sean convinced me to come back. Now I know that there are areas of my lawn that are not going to look great do to some work I have had done. But if you look back at the years I have been with you the other areas that have not been torn up should look much better. I even pulled about 5 yard trash bags worth of weeds this summer on top of your treatments. I think it would be great if someone in management came to my home for a consult to level set what is realistic expectation for my lawn.
