communication is poor. I recently asked to have my back yard removed from service because I'm getting a pool. When I called no one from the "sales" team was available to reprice my yard. instead, I was told they would just take off $30 which didn't seem fair, but I was busy and accepted the answer. disappointed that the only time someone in sales is available is if you are buying a new service. The next visit my bill was over $170. thin included mosquito, grubs and the front yard. I wasn't expecting a charge that big at one time especially after requesting the back yard no longer be part of the service until my pool is finished. I've asked on multiple occasion to be notified ahead of time as to what service will be performed and when my yard will be serviced. No communication as usual. You guys do a great job acquiring business but poor service after the sale. I've used your service for a few years and the same issue continue. Also, my yard is starting to acquire brown patches as it has in years past. The answer is always the same, I should water more which is not the case. I water my grass plus we've had ALOT of rain the last couple of months.
My service tech is on the ball! I love the call ahead and the attention to detail he has. He understands my needs and I can tell he cares about doing his job well.
The service is great and the technicians are not only professional, but very personable. Our three old loves watching them and talking with them.
I appreciate the very detailed explanation of the work performed. Especially that the area along Bobby’s run was serviced.
My only concern is that the grass is yellow brown even with all this rain - not sure what is causing this but it was green prior to the last application
