Had Mike only. Verizon installed the system 11 years ago. He has no mechanical issues but horizons telling him that the indoor unit has mold in it specifically the blower compartment again 11 years old with no mechanic issues I recommended he have one of our techs come out to feel bad it is and see if it’s something we can offer a cleaning resolution. He has a Merv cabinet as well as an Apco air purifier. I quoted him on new equipment but told him he should really get a second opinion. He has another sales guy from a different company coming out this afternoon so he’s more than likely going to see what they have to say but then call us to send service out.
