We can break the work into phases if that better suits your needs and budget. In addition to making the home more efficient and comfortable, completing these recommendations will also improve the indoor air quality and health of the home, make it safer, and improve the home’s value. Completed assessment of house, took measurements for proposal, and sold home performance project in house. Received 50% deposit check. Install dates TBD. Need to build additional proposal for hot water heater replacement options, as well as attic ventilation improvement options.
