AC Tune up 5 Ton Trane AC system: Filter good. Checked drain and pump. Measured temperature split and static pressure. Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Both coils are in good condition. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Exhaust leaking at coupling. Homeowner agreed to replace leaking exhaust piping.
