Main system is 3.0 Ton Heat Pump with 10KW electric heater Sun room system is 2.5 Tom Heat pump with 10KW electric heater Thermostats have do not have electric heat lockout capability. vision Pro 8000 without outdoor temp sensors wired in. Discussed and explained how smart thermostats will allow for control of electric heat resulting in savings. Thermostat for main system must be 3heat/2cool. Found main system completely empty of refrigerant, consequently this system is running on electric heat. There was a refrigeration repair made to this system in Fall 2022. Homeowner is not 100% sure what was done but is pretty sure it was indoor coil replacement. Searched for any obvious refrigerant leaks and inspected service port shrader cores. No obvious leaks. Gave estimate for nitrogen leak search to begin process of repairing system. Recommended system upgrade. Inspected condition of al
