Installed emporia vue monitoring system on power wires inside air handler to help vue energy usage. Took pictures of install. Also took down login information to be able to monitor from our office. Outdoor wire is rated for outside usage and does not need seal tight covering.explained to homeowner condionions where outdoor heat pump is not running at all and still getting heat from vents it could be only on emergency heat at this point. Also explained defrost cycle.
