Completed plumbing maintenance inspection for customer. Found expansion tank to be fully bursted and needs to be replaced. Expansion tank must be pressurized to 80psi to match house pressure. Master shower handle getting to turn. Would recommend rebuilding shower valve. Left estimates with customer.
