Went for an air handler maintenance today. Did a static pressure test, it failed. Filter got changed. Heat kit amperage passed. Blower motor amperage passed and blower wheel is clean. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Heat pump outside… compressor and fan motor amperage passed. Capacitor passed as well. Thank you for choosing LBA services!

I will call back the homeowner after the new year. What we need to do to fully protect the system have it run fully operational and to guarantee our work and ensure that all warranties stay intact. We need to increase airflow on both sides of the system so we will be doing quite a bit of ductwork to modernize the Ductwork we currently have in place. We will be doing a clean and seal or a duct cleaning to get rid of all the debris that are currently in the vents as they stand. That way we have basically all new ductwork. I’ll VA will be throwing in a blue light and a German Iser unit for free which typically go for $1700. That way we can keep the air in the house extremely clean. Keep in mind we will honor all prices for today even into the next year. And also keep in mind that no discounts revere applied

Arrived to do a performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis temperature split and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating with failing static pressure. Reached out to a field supervisor to finish the diagnosis on the systems static pressure. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components of the furnace. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found excessive debris built up in the bottom of the return that attaches to the blower cabinet of the furnace. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. With the field supervisor looked into the return duct and found so much debris the duct was almost clogged. Spoke with homeowner about the system. Furnace is operational at this time.

Came out here for a furnace tuneup. Upon arrival tested static static was passing on the unit. Take a look at the rest of the unit took amperage on the inducer and the blower motor. Both were good. Cleaned out flame sensor replace filter for the customer as well ensure that the pressure switch hoses were clear from any debris. Make sure the unit was running as it should. Thank you for choosing LBA services. - Ramon

Inspected wiring at the thermostat, interface module, and furace. Found the heating wire was connected to the wrong terminal. Corrected the wiring and the system now operates in cooling and heating mode. Customer support representative will contact Sarina and Jacob to set up a complementary heat check.

Went for a service call today. Customer mentioned the air handler was leaking. After performing a diagnosis, I made sure the unit was level or leaning towards the drain, which it was. I made sure it wasn’t clogged, which it wasn’t. I did notice that the 3/4 male adapter wasn’t screwed in tightly to the coil pan. After tightening it up the coil is draining great. Thank you for choosing LBA services!
