Inspected wiring at the thermostat, interface module, and furace. Found the heating wire was connected to the wrong terminal. Corrected the wiring and the system now operates in cooling and heating mode. Customer support representative will contact Sarina and Jacob to set up a complementary heat check.
Went for a service call today. Customer mentioned the air handler was leaking. After performing a diagnosis, I made sure the unit was level or leaning towards the drain, which it was. I made sure it wasn’t clogged, which it wasn’t. I did notice that the 3/4 male adapter wasn’t screwed in tightly to the coil pan. After tightening it up the coil is draining great. Joshua is in the process of getting a home equity loan to pay for his AC system that he had installed and will add the airflow and/or air quality repairs onto the amount. He is asking for. Follow up scheduled for next Friday.

Arrived for ac maintenance today. Started at furnace and checked static pressure, temperature splits, drains, filter, blower motor, and blower wheel. Static pressure is failing at this time, filed supervisor will be out to discuss. Filter was dirty, I replaced that. Moved to ac unit and checked refrigerant levels, capacitor, contactor, running amps, and coil. All operations are working properly here. Rinsed coil clean. Set up smart ac today too. Came out here because customer wanted to extend his warranty on his unit. Customer is an ideal team member so still trying to figure out how to convert all of that customer service said once they get that all settled and figured out that they will give the customer a call and let them know what’s going on.
Customer purchased new system with return duct upgrade. Will install next wendsday
