Despite being told the day before, when they’re going to arrive, that’s the only notice you got. They never fall a pattern that you can depend on. Also, I’ve gotten different service applications in an order that I could not track. the service tech would say he’s there for service number two need hand me paper for service four. Then they send me an email for a different service number. I was very happy with the first application, but since then it has left my lawn completely brown. I called them recently to find out when they’re done for the season so I could seed, and they seem dismissive to my issues. The service tech was always polite and thorough.
