I signed up and prepaid for the whole year service, while specifically requested to note my account to not automatically renew. Due to Green Lawn error and omission, whether intentional or lack of organization, came to my property to apply the first application, basically without my preauthorization. what makes it worse was after a phone call to dispute why the first application was done without my authorization as specifically requested, they acknowledged the mistakes and noted my account. on 4/23 Green Lawn came out to apply the second application again disregarding note on the first application is still in question. Terrible organization, terrible customer service, very unethical business standard -Not transparent and promised but never delivered.
