Installed new txv at air handler. Also put down 3/4 plywood in the attic for walkway. After installing new valve, pressure tested and leak checked at 200 psi nitrogen. Put system on vacuum pump and pump system down to 400 microns. Released charge pulled back in condenser and performed quality assurance inspection. Temperature inside was a little cool during testing process only 62 degrees. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked refrigerant pressures at outdoor unit. They were 206/ 104 with a subcooling of 26 and a super heat of 15. Covered outdoor fan and pressures were changing with fan being covered. System is working fine at time of service. 24x24x1 air filter is clean.
