Service call that the System which controls the workshop and the small back office area was not working. Upon arrival, spoke with Shaun about issue. Found Thermostat was set to 71 and the indoor temperature was 79 Degrees. Proceeded to the outdoor Package Unit to troubleshoot. The system was flashing a 5 Flash Code Lock Out indicating that it was out on Low Pressure. Turned Main Power Supply off to System and Reset to test system. After system came on, found the Blower Motor was not turning on. The Contactor which supplies power to the Blower Motor was not pulling in to turn the motor on. Contactor was receiving Voltage but was engaging. There was a large amount of Ants inside the Contactor which could have caused it to fail. Replaced the Single Pole Contactor and put system in operation. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Checked Air Filters. Filters are starting to get dirty and should be changed soon.
