Customer concern: no heat Upon arrival found boiler locked out. Reset switch and nothing happened until it locked out again. Pulled primary control cover and found good supply voltage but no output voltage. Determined to be bad primary control. Replaced primary control and tested boiler operation. Boiler operating as it should at time of service. Recommended water heater replacement due to age and small leak in pipe.
