Performed precision a/c tune up on (2) systems (1) amana a/c (1) Lennox heat pump system. Both air filter are clean. (1) 16x20x1, (1) 20x25x5 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drains. Found no surge protection on Lennox variable speed blower motor, recommended installing surge protector. Also found burnt and worn contactor on Lennox a/c recommended replacing contactor. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Both systems are working at time of service.
