No ac, second floor unit found system off asked customer to lower temperature on thermostat check operation no delta at all 69 supply 69 return, check outdoor unit and pressures are super low, 180/45 unit does not have low pressure switch installed, system has a refrigerant leak last year we identified one leak on outdoor pipe connection, we need to performed protest using nitrogen to see if other leaks developed over the year, provided estimate to perform leak search using nitrogen, if no other leaks are found other than the one from last year provided an estimate to repair the one leak, if other leaks are found we will provide separate quote to repair leak. Customer decided to just add refrigerant he takes fully responsibility if refrigerant does not last long, could be anytime, depends on leak rate. Adding refrigerant to system, added 5 lbs of 410A check super heat and sub cooling ok 68/48 delta split 20 degrees
