Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Gas Fired Amana Furnace. Air Filter was extremely dirty. Installed a new 413 High Efficiency Filter. Inspected a Electrical Components on Furnace. Performed a Combustion Analysis on Furnace while measuring Gas Pressure. System was in Low Stage Heating while testing. Increased Gas Pressure to 2.2" WC for Low Stage to improve combustion readings. System is operating to standards. Recommend installing an ECM Motor Surge Protector for the Blower Motor. This help protect the Motor in the Event of a Power Surge/Spike which can damamge the motors and be expensive to repair/replace. Also recommend enrollment in the Service Membership Program which includes two Tune Ups per year as well as discounts on parts, repairs, and diagnostic charges.
