Had previously been onsite due to the system making a vibrating rubbing noise. Ordered replacement bearing and blower wheel assembly. Returned to site and disassembled the Indoor Unit to Access the Blower Wheel. Removed the Bearing Assembly and Blower Wheel. Installed a new Wheel and Bearing. Reassembled unit and put back in operation to test. Blower wheel is not balanced and is vibrating the unit. Blower Wheel is in proper position. If the Motor and shaft are slightly off position then this would be causing the imbalance in the blower wheel. This could have also been causing the previous bearings to wear and cause the noise from the unit. There is no access to Motor without disconnecting the refrigerant Coil from the unit. Need to follow up with Daikin to see if we can get a new Indoor Unit. Told Homeowner we will follow up with him next week.
