Performed Six Month Inspection on system. Cleaned EZ Trap and Condensation Pump. Inspected all Electrical Components. Replaced the 16x25x1 Air Filter. With System being installed in the summer, tested the Heating Side of the System. Measured Gas Pressure and performed Combustion Analysis on Unit. System is operating to Manufacturer Specifications. Spoke with Homeowner about Water Heater, due to being 9 years old. She would like to replace the Water Heater before Spring next year. At this time there is no water leaking or visible signs of damage to the Water Heater. Their is some corrosion forming at the Base of the Venting Pipe.
