Performed Quality Assurance on Amana Gas Furnace/AC System. Reviewed installation with homeowner. Completed Checklist Form in system. Performed Combustion Testing and Gas Pressure tests on system. Tested Wet Switch Safety Device. This did not pass the QA, see notes below: Indoor Unit has some issues: The Auxiliary Drain Pan was not replaced during the install. This was part of the Job and a new Pan was with the equipment. The old pan is rusted and not in good shape. No Combustion readings on Install Report. Checked Combustion and Gas Pressures. No Combustion Testing was done on the Install. Gas Pressures were set to 4†WC when I started the heat up. Performed Combustion Test and measured Gas Pressures.
