This Estimate is to replace the weak Actuator control found on the Steam line that is controlling the fan operation. 3/8/22. Replaced steam actuator control. Wired in actuator control the way it was wired before, did not operate correctly, had to change wiring and switch the equipment type switch on thermostat from gas and oil to heat pump for the fan to energize on a call for heating. Tested heating and cooling , system is working correctly at time of service.
