Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on Bryant System. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Cleared Condensation Drain Pipe and poured Water Through to ensure it was draining. Condensation pipe drains into the foundation. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. The Capacitor on the Outdoor Unit is testing within rating electrically, but is rusted and appears to be in poor condition. The Single Pole Contactor is very worn and pitted. Recommend replacement of the Dual Capacitor and the Contactor before any issues arise. Would also recommend installing a Super Boost Start Capacitor onto the Unit, due to the Compressor having trouble starting on previous visit. Measured Refrigerant Charge on the System. Refrigerant levels are to standard at this time. The system has needed Refrigerant added the last two summers. While the charge is ok at this time, I do not feel that the system will be able to work through the summer without needing Refrigerant added. The system is ope
