Gas Furnace Inspection for 80K BTU 80% Two Stage Natural Gas Furnace. Replaced filter. Checked flame sensor, heat exchanger and burners. Measured hot surface ignitor ohms and visually inspected during cycle for heat for hot spots. Checked all electric motors and components. Checked all field and manufacturer wiring. Measured temp rise high stage and lo stage heat. Checked total static pressure. Checked gas pressures (inlet, Lo Fire outlet and hi Fire outlet). Downloaded and updated available CoolCloud updates and verified system settings and configuration. Performed combustion test: passed. Completed gas furnace inspection form. Renewed plan membership. Gas Furnace is operating well at the time of this inspection.
