Performed Quality Assurance on Amana Gas Furnace/AC Installation. Reviewed installation with homeowner. Completed checklist form in system. Tested EZ Trap Safety Switch and filled and tested Condensation Pump. This was a nice looking installation and the guys did a great job. Only areas of opportunity were at the Outdoor Unit. The outdoor unit was not level, and the silicone around the Disconnect and Lineset was not completely sealed and was sloppy. Also need to review with the guys to take a picture of the Refrigerant Gauges when they are testing out. They filled in all the #’s on the form, but did not have a Picture of the Gauges (I did not mark off for this since they had the numbers filled in). Homeowner mentioned the door frame was scratched up from when we took out the old equipment. He is not upset, but he would like it fixed. I will review this with Dan so we can follow up with the customer.
